1. Delivery Information
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are our delivery details:
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following delivery options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.39 (Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days)
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if applicable). If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us at contact@crystalsland.co.uk.
1.4 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at contact@crystalsland.co.uk. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
2. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
2.1 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, used or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
2.3 How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at contact@crystalsland.co.uk with the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
2.4 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
2.5 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
2.6 Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new order separately.
